Ingredients
1 soft flatbread or naan
1/4 cup Sabra classic hummus
2 tbs Fig preserves
1/4 cup Thinly sliced Prosciutto
2 tsp Pine nuts (optional)
1/4 cup Arugula
1 tbs Lemon juice
Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F

 

2. Spread Sabra Classic Hummus and Fig preserves on the flatbread. Spread roughly across the flatbread.

 

3. Place prosciutto, shredded gruyere cheese and optional toasted pine nuts on flatbread.

 

4. Place flatbread in pre-heated 425 degree F oven, on a baking sheet, on a rack placed in the lower third area of the oven.

 

5. Toss arugula with lemon juice and salt and pepper. Place on top of flatbread and serve.
